Weird alarm clocks
I hate mornings. But only because I have to get up. That's the worst part.
Some people are blessed with the ability to wake up naturally when the sunlight hits their eyes. Everyone else has to rely on some form of device to wake us up (which in my opinion, makes us more dependent on that device). I'm not much one for tradition, so I got a kick out of these unique alarm clocks.
My favorite is the "Clocky" alarm clock:

When you hit Clocky's snooze button it rolls off the table and scurries around to find some place to hide before ringing again - forcing you to get up out of bed and go find it. And if this isn't amusing enough, it never hides in the same place twice.
Only one flaw... Since I'm not fully conscious when it goes off, and don't even realize I'm hitting the snooze button (my subconsciousness takes care of everything), I'd probably grab the clock and hold it under my arm so it can't run away.
The other four include The Sfera Alarm Clock , The Rumbling Alarm clock, Blowfly Flying Alarm Clock, and The Puzzle Alarm clock.

OK, I hate this one already....do they have one that just explodes into pieces once it goes off? (of course, only after calling your boss, mimicking your voice with a cold and calling in sick for you)

I LOVE my alarm clock! It wakes you with a cathedral bell which starts out very quietly and slowly ramps up to highest volume. It's a gradual and very comfortable "wakeup call". Gone are the days of grating buzzers and heart-attack-inducing clangers! I can't believe I faced the morning for DECADES without my wonderful clock!
YOUR clock, on the other hand -- I'd have to take the HAMMER to it! Or the gun!

Wish my 26 year old son could find a good alarm clock. He's frequently late for work. He may wake up but then he goes back to sleep. Thank God he no longer lives at home--I'd have to kill him!
